PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING VARIOUS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, AND A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE THAT GOVERNS HOW DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TARDIS decentralized application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TARDIS provides a suite of decentralized tools including hardware-attested social networking, end-to-end encrypted messaging, and various DeFi protocols (lending, borrowing, token launching, and swaps) built on the Solana blockchain. The Service is decentralized, meaning TARDIS does not control your assets, your private keys, or the execution of smart contracts on the blockchain.

3. Eligibility and Access

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You represent and warrant that you are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where the use of the Service is prohibited by law. Access to certain features requires a Solana Seeker device and a Seeker Genesis Token (SGT).

4. Wallet Security and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your Solana wallet and the private keys stored in your device's Seed Vault. TARDIS will never ask for your seed phrase. You agree that:

You will not share your private keys or seed phrase with anyone.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your wallet address.
We are not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from compromised keys, forgotten passwords, or user error.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using TARDIS, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Volatility: Digital assets are highly volatile. You may lose the entire value of your assets.
Smart Contract Risk: While our code is audited, smart contracts can contain vulnerabilities. You use them at your own risk.
Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws and regulations may impact our ability to provide certain features of the Service.
Blockchain Performance: We are not responsible for delays or failures on the Solana network.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities.
Distribute malicious software or engage in phishing.
Harass, threaten, or infringe upon the rights of other users.
Manipulate the market or engage in fraudulent trading practices.

7. Intellectual Property

The TARDIS software is released under the MIT License. However, the TARDIS brand, logo, and certain proprietary designs are the property of the TARDIS project. All user-generated content remains the property of the respective creators, who grant TARDIS a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute such content through the Service.

8. Fees and Taxes

TARDIS may charge transaction fees for certain services. These fees will be disclosed at the time of the transaction. Additionally, you are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.

9. No Financial Advice

Nothing on TARDIS constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You should perform your own research and consult with professional advisors before engaging in any financial transactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TARDIS AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TARDIS and its contributors from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the TARDIS project is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
