TARDIS is a decentralized application. Unlike traditional web services, TARDIS interacts directly with the Solana blockchain. This means that many of your interactions are public and immutable. It is essential to understand that information recorded on a blockchain cannot be changed or deleted by us or anyone else.

2.1. Publicly Available Blockchain Data

When you use TARDIS, we collect and store your public wallet address and hardware-attested identity (.skr). This information is necessary to:

• Verify your ownership of a Solana Seeker device.
• Verify your Seeker Genesis Token (SGT) ownership.
• Attribute your posts, reactions, and transactions to your identity.

2.2. User-Generated Content

All content you create on TARDIS (posts, comments, profile metadata) is cryptographically signed using your device's Seed Vault and stored on decentralized storage protocols such as IPFS. This data is publicly accessible by design.

2.3. Technical and Usage Data

We may collect certain non-identifying information automatically, including:

• Device information (model, OS version, hardware attestation status).
• App version and build information.
• General usage patterns and performance metrics to identify bugs and optimize user experience.

2.4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use local storage on your device to remember your preferences (e.g., theme settings, cached profile data) to improve app performance. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: To provide the core social and financial features of the TARDIS ecosystem.
• Identity Verification: To ensure the "Bot-Free" integrity of the network through hardware-native authentication.
• Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions or malicious activities within the app.
• Communication: To send you technical notices, updates, and administrative messages (primarily through the app interface).

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. However, data may be shared in the following circumstances:

• Blockchain Network: Transactions and signed content are broadcast to the Solana network and IPFS, making them public.
• Third-Party Integrations: When you use features powered by Jupiter, Pump.fun, or other protocols, those services may receive your public wallet address and transaction data.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Data Security

Your security is our priority. TARDIS is designed so that:

• We never have access to your private keys. They remain secured in your device's hardware-isolated Seed Vault.
• Messaging (DMs) utilizes End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) with keys derived from your hardware.
• All social interactions are cryptographically signed to ensure authenticity.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access: You can view all your on-chain data and signed content through the TARDIS app or any Solana blockchain explorer.
• Control: You have full control over your wallet and hardware identity. You can stop using TARDIS at any time.
• Deletion: Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, we cannot delete your on-chain data. Once information is written to the blockchain or IPFS, it remains there permanently.

7. International Data Transfers

TARDIS is a global decentralized application. Your information may be stored and processed in any country where we or our decentralized service providers operate. By using the service, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence.

8. Children's Privacy

TARDIS is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to ignore that data within our application logic.
