TARDIS is a decentralized software project. By using the TARDIS protocol, you acknowledge that you are interacting with code deployed on the Solana blockchain and that no single entity controls your assets or interactions.

1. Copyright and Intellectual Property

1.1. Open Source Licensing

The TARDIS core protocol and web interface are released under the MIT License. You are free to copy, modify, and distribute the software, provided that the original copyright notice and this permission notice are included in all copies or substantial portions of the software.

1.2. DMCA Policy

As a decentralized platform, TARDIS does not host user content on central servers. Most content is stored on decentralized protocols like IPFS. However, we respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed upon via the TARDIS interface, please submit a formal DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent via the official GitHub repository. Your notice must include:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the IPFS hash or on-chain transaction ID).
Your contact information.

1.3. Trademarks

The "TARDIS" name, logo, and visual brand assets are the property of the TARDIS Project. While the code is open source, the use of our trademarks in a way that suggests official endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent is prohibited.

2. Legal Compliance

2.1. AML and Sanctions Compliance

TARDIS is committed to operating in a lawful manner. Users are prohibited from using the Service if they are:

Located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country sanctioned by the UN, OFAC, or other international bodies (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region).
Listed on the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list or any similar restricted party list.

You represent and warrant that your use of TARDIS will comply with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws and regulations.

2.2. Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Service is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where its distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of TARDIS is legal in your location.

2.3. No Offer of Securities

Nothing on this website or within the TARDIS app constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities. The TARDIS project does not conduct Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) or any form of regulated securities offering.

TARDIS IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY.

3.2. Blockchain Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data retrieved from the Solana blockchain. Blockchain data is external to TARDIS, and we have no control over its integrity or availability.
